two in the neck, two in Each wing, one in each legs = 8

oh that's weak. I'll give you the wing articulation, but the legs... what are you gonna do, put him in a "gimp" pose?

CONTINUES TO KEEP THREAD ON TRACK WITH COMMENT ABOUT CLASSICS TFs

I actually fear the Megatron kibble from that crappy picture of him, but we'll see.

I wouldn't count the legs either

As long as Megs has a trigger crotch, I'll be happy.

I think this new Prime looks promising, I'll wait till the offical product appears though before I give my opinion.

I wonder what the bios will say? "It is the year 2006 and uh........forget the movie. Prime didn't die and Megs got an upgrade too. Yeah, that's the ticket"

Don't you remember?  Miners in the Yukon discovered strange, highly concentrated energon crystals back in 1996.  Autobots that came within a few hundred yards to examine it quickly fell into stasis, and upon seeing an opportunity to finally have an effective defense, human governments hunted for more of these odd crystals.  They soon developed a way to harness the radiation given off and spread it throughout the atmosphere of the entire planet.  Historians cite this discovery as a pivotal point which changed the direction of the war, and perhaps history itself.  Autobots had to be rebuilt using human technology to avoid the effects, but the Decepticons soon stole some of the designs...wait, that's Alternators.

Hmmm, have to come up with something new for Classics.

Actually I'd much rather see a Classics Rodimus Prime, since his toy got shafted so badly in G1.

*could never find Hot Rod back in the day, settled for Rodimus* :grr

And now you have both :thumb

and yes, Rodimus Prime redux would be the shiznit.

BT actually

*WANTS BADLY* :drool

ok, G1 Neo storyline:

It is the year 2006.  Money-hungry executives have marketed poorly designed toys to placate the fandom and line their own pockets.  But, from secret staging grounds on two of Japan's Islands, the valiant designers prepare to retake our childhoods....
