when did takara start sealing[with tape] reissues?

 

i have #2 and #6,but i got #10 today and it had tape on it while my previous ones ddint

mine too,but megs and prowl dont.....well ill be getting 1-5 soon and a 7 if the trade goes right,so ill be able to tell when.

 

btw why does takaras tracks have a black face and hasbros has a red face?

 

and one more.....how much does a misb tigertrack go for,i have a feeling sunstreaker wont be reissued for a while

I've got 0-12 and I haven't noticed any rhyme or reason to the tape. Some have it, some don't...

:wave :wave It's hard to know whether it's from Takara or from retail store that some has tapes and some don't. I purchased all of my reissue from ImageAnime, and all of them had tape for #1,2,3,4,5,7, 9, 10, and 12.

maybe the tapless boxes have been opened and played with! dun dun dunnnnnn!

I've gotten the entire set up to 12 with the exception of Megatron(waiting for Hot Rod to be delivered) through BBTS and all of them had tape.. i think perhaps it's a retailer thing myself, now.
