Now I'm not going to fly off the handle and say "OMG SHOT TO THE SHOULDER WTF??" for Brawn's death.  But I was watching Transport to Oblivion again, and noticed something.

During the fight at the plant, Megatron (in gun mode) shoots Ironhide... in the shoulder.  After the Decepticons leave, Prime orders a return to base to get Ironhide IMMEDIATE medical attention.

Maybe there's something going on with those shoulders that we don't know...

I believe it was a design flaw handed down through the generations from Achillestron....

I KNEW IT

*blames self for thread creation*

Maybe they just didn't want to show actual TF heads being blown off or something. :tfhuh

Or maybe they were trying to prove how badass Megatron's gun mode really was, that you would DIE if you didn't get immediate medical attention from a simple shot to the shoulder  :eek2

or maybe Brawn was an old character and Hasbro wanted the movie to be X-TREME

this and if the shuttle exploded, thanks to Hotrod's nifty saving people ideas, then the ship crashed to the ground and exploded some more, maybe it blow Brawn into tiny pieces and tooks some more old G1 cars out with it and it collided with the ground.

i always wonedered how Hot Rods little pea-shooters could blow a hole through the whole ship...
