Cybertron Skywarp

Recommended Posts

I kind of thought he would be black with purple accents, but I guess he'd still look too much like Thundercracker. Oh well. Thundercracker should have been more blue anyway.

I think the gray and purple main color change-ups look good and feel a bit fresh. We got black with purple reissue Skywarp, black with purple A.Skywarp, black with purple U.Skywarp, black with purple LOC Skywarp and perhaps black with purple Classics Skywarp and maybe even black with purple Movie Skywarp coming down the pipe.

If nothing else, I think the predominantly purple color scheme makes him look great as a generic Decepticon trooper a la the G1 toon background seekers and the HOC troop builder set.

If he's in the movie he should be an F-117 Nighthawk (with some purple robot parts).

I agree, but then he should be "Generic Decepticon Trooper". Not Skywarp. :lol

Saw Canonball today and picked him up... not too keen on the neon green Skullz, but I remember that there way to remove paint apps.

Was it rubbing alcohol that took off things like the flames on Alt. Skidz, etc.?

Otherwise, the rest of the black / silver / tan looks pretty cool.

I think so. Maybe use a cottonball or something. :P I would imagine that WD-40 would work well too.

And the only thing making him not that is a few words printed on cardboard.... those don't limit my mind.

I actually don't mind the mix of purple and white. Much better imo than gray with orange. Only thing that kills it for me though is the ghey attempt of decking him out in red flames. They don't even look like flames, more like red splotches of paint.  :tdown With them removed he wouldn't look half bad. :thumb .

True. :thumb But, then you still need a Skywarp. :P

Sorry to ask again, but pics?

Hmm the colours suite the robot mode alot more than the plane mode.

I think I'll call him Decepticon Clone Soldier#142
