New pics BW 10 Prime Megs

Recommended Posts

Did not see this, so here you go:

Megs is nothing special, but that Prime is just ugly enough to like for some reason.

BTW, I wonder why they did not mention the name Nemesis for the Pred ship?  They have had previous toys with the name Nemesis in it, so it is not "too violent" or anything.

Save for the wraparound cover, this'll be the third cover for BW: The Gathering that I'll get.  Nice.  Are these too going to cost in the 15 range like the other BWX figs, or are they going to be priced under voyager class pricing?

Yes and Yes. They're the $15 range again based on EE's listings and $15<$20=voyager class pricing

So those are Primal's finished colors, with all that gray? Yikes

This is just me, but  I really don't like Prime's Alt (Beast) mode.  It kinda feels like a Lion and Gorilla Fuzor if you will?  :tflaugh but I like the robot mode though... I can't remember but what kinda weapon does he come with again?

btw - the ships name was not the nemesis, but the Darkside (darkseid?)  The Nemesis was the D'con ship they found in Season 3.

I'm confused. How did this ugly thing replace what we saw in this review?

It didn't replace anything.  Hasbro was never going to re-release the Ultra molds, instead opting to create these all-new, stylized interpretations of the characters.

You know, these actually are almost ulgy enough to buy.  Not a pretty interp of these guys, and yet I may pick them up when I find 'em.  Not something to quest for, but if I manage to get the credit cards paid down enough and just happen to come across them, I may get them.  Not sure why, but I might.  Just ulgy enough to buy.

Sigh. :redface
