That chest panel looks like it opens to the top.

Another thing to take note of is the shoulder guns. If he has no hands, they're pretty much useless as they don't appear to slide down like forward facing shoulder cannons. (They appear to be clipped on)

yeah but the fact that they're there at all is really cool to me.

and BTW if he has no hands, so what. If he did I'm sure everyone would be like "meh he doesn't have pile drivers".

^

Hands must come out of the piledrivers when there in locked position because I really don't see anywhere else for them. Also the arms would be way to short and look really out of place.

Wounder how far those piledrives can extend. Hopefully to ground level or otherwise they'd be next to useless, and it doesn't look like he has ab articulation to bend down.

Pretty much. :tflaugh I'm just glad we're still getting new molds. I think that means this line has been a success.

Ok, first Gold Vector Sigma and now this!?!??!?!!

I'm gonna have a heart attack!!! :eek  :clap  :tfevil  :tflaugh1

Actually I think that's why his is so "short" so he just barely has to lean forward for his pile drivers to reach the ground.

I agree. Hands or not. It's a nice figure. I'm just saying that if those guns are for appearance only, it would be the first time useless weopons were used in the line. Unless they intend the idea to be like RID Ruinations back arch firing technique.

I like the new design over the old one. I thought the art had the whole front hood as part of the left arm. I think design wise this is a real improvement over the original design. AWESOME design and i really like it.

I mean, Shockwave only has one hand. It's all about who the character is. Rumble and Frenzy rock.

Bend over, use pile drivers, fire some artilery on your back.  Works for me.  :thumb
