But I agree that you said that the paint job isn't done very well, since it looks a little grainy? But still awesome, don't get me wrong.

 

Really makes you wonder why they didn't ever repaint him looking like this. This is a lot better than the hodgepodge of colors they used for Magnus and the original G2.

did a little mod to the windows so that they match IMO it pulls it all together quite nicely

Actually another good contender for Thunderhawk IMO is Energon Downshift. He's a bit smaller and can also pull off the gullwing doors nicely.

 

I may actually look into it Downshift is warming shelves at a local Superstore. :thumb

actually the transformation only allow the doors to open to a certain degree rather than opening up like Thunderhawks... but with a little modification, I think U can do it  :thumb
