Astrotrain Remolded Figure Pics?

Recommended Posts

Well before people go COMPLETELY stupid here. Please look again at the pics. If TF#1 is seriously Starscreaming about Astrotrain's feet!?! I will direct your attention to the fact that these rear 'toes' are actually his front landing gear, which if you look again with an open mind, actually fold up and are nothing to do with his feet at all.

I was so impressed with this thread, not a single big complaint. Minor little issues that are so easily disregarded because of the overall awesome-ness of this TOY (yes it is a TOY people). If someone can really think of that many things wrong with this toy, then I would challenge you to go and make your own and leave the rest of us to enjoy what looks to be the first of many fantastic designs.

I wonder if ATrain is gonna get his "BFG" or will thay give him some lamo weapon that connects to his vehicle mode

Looks perfect. The Neo G1 line will sure be a good thing.

But...

I still cannot BELIVE, that there Astrotrains feet can not rotate left right or at angles. Whats the purpose of doing G1 line, if you are going to have cheesy kid toy look to it? Will this series also have plastic wheels too?

Dude, his feet are conntcted directly to his legs... what more do you expect from perfection?!? Neo AstroTrain is IN NO WAY cheesy or kiddy.

Oh, but deep down some how it will be...

Look, the upper legs or upper shins need to rotate to help the legs in the pose posted in the pics. The upper arms need to be sliced into 2 peices and able to rotate, the hands need to rotate, the head needs to have an extension that allows it to rise upwards from the body to perform downward looks. Like a ball joint on a small poll that can rise up with the bottom shaped like an upslide down T, made of plastic inside so it doesn't pop out when full extended, c'mon this is easy stuff. Then he can angle his all head downwards giving the space from the head-to body when neck is stretched out a few mm's. When you don't want that, push the head back down for the look your already see.

And there needs to be good diecast, I am thinking THIN diescast aroudn the chest, arms, legs...

The feet well, not sure, it could be a another section that could angle. Instead of him have front and rear toes, his whole foot would be one larger peice that could angle in/out to stand the way I want it too.

And while we're at it, let's make the toy sentient too! And actual size! OH WOW THAT'LL BE GREAT!!!!!!!111!!!!11ONE

Hey, if it covers up that gap in Train mode, I'm all for it.

Geez. I really don't mean to be rude, TF#1...but shut it. Your previous two posts has to be the biggest, and most annoying, downers in this entire topic. Your forgetting, this is toyline. They will be kiddy regardless. The toy looks great, the wheels are plastic and who gives a Blot?

You want diecast? Y'got the Titaniums line. Go buy that instead. Want all that other stuff y'listed up there? Kitbash it.

There, done.

Whatever, I'll be the adult and you the kid to follow along. There is no adult toy in the world, just a mixed expression thats why this Neo G1 toy line is soo important to me deep down as a Transformer Fan.

I just wanted to state my mind CLEARLY. Beggars can't be choosers!...  :tflaugh

LMAO!!  :clap

Wow. How much is Astrotrain again? that'd be freakin' great for $10 or $20.  :tflaugh

There is no adult toy in the world,

Hmmmm, nope. Search around on the internet sometime, you'll find PLENTY of adult toys.  ( :krem says Bzzzt! )  Kidding aside, I'd say the Masterpiece line is pretty darn close to an "For Adults" line. Especially considering complexity and price.

and back to the actual size and sentient thing..sweet, I can go TF shopping or to class in style! Or I could just have Astrotrain lift off the toystore roof and take the aisle. Hmmm..you have a really great idea there, Lazerblast.  :thumb

Aoi

has anyone noticed that TF#1 hasn't been able to speak proper english in like a week?

I just wanted to state my mind CLEARLY.

*waits for it*

What, more plastic wheels in transfromers, guh....

:tfmad
