basicly they could give him a dark grey that almost nearly borderlines into light black in place of the brown colored parts and add some of that to his upper and lower arms lower legs and shoulder armor as well and dark black in place of white for the main colors of his robot mode. swap the brown on his chest out for a dark red with his wings and the underhalf of the ships front half done up in dark red since it would essentially be a cape of sorts for him in robot mode. with the head being done up in black for the helmet grey for the face  which would be remolded to a face plate and the eyes dark red. as for the gold color it could be swapped out for silver and the jade  colored parts minus the wings of course would be swapped out for dark red.

 

done up right this figure could seriously rock as a duel homage of sorts to both darth vader and scourge/nemesis prime.

 

if anything at the very least it would make for a better vader transforer then the one we got that turns into the tie fighter.

done in different shades of blue and a slightly remolded head (for a beard) then totally. id buy it.

as a new character IMO it would not work as VP is the 1 and only guardian of time so hes body is shaped to represent that so any one else having it would be a little off.

 

now maybe a ghost VP with cystal and crome parts would rule maybe they could add a sword that Galaxy Convoy could use ofcorse it would need to be 2X the size of VP's standerd sword and have an extended hilt as well as a notch or 2 for GC's hands to connect to so he could maybe use both hands

he looks better all silver in g1 megatron colours than as nemisis prime

Well story wise...that black mist Megatron used when he got zapped the first time is a great plot device...the "evil" version could be the keeper of it..kinda like a Fallen for the GF universe
