The doors on the Jeep mold just pop right off. Then all you'll have to do is turn the piece that the door rests in around so it doesn't goofy.

Really? It looks like it's a solid round piece that is anchored by that pin.

 

Is there a best angle of attack for this? As in halfway between opened and closed, or fully open? I don't want to mangle it...

I personally think Rollbar is the 2nd best Alternator, behind Wheeljack.....but I'm a bit biased and I know not everyone shares it.

They must have changed the mold between Hound and Swindle then. Because I pop the doors off my Swindle. Just open the door all the way, then keep going- pop, done.

Wow, no- you were right. I just over-opened them and out they came.

 

The seams were just really really tight and invisible while in close contact.
