does anyone know how long the news was posted on tvguide and tvtome.com when it comes to the 2nd half of transformers cybertron suposedly airing the week of monday july 23?

 

i'm asking this because  i feel what they have done is nothing short of false advertising at the very worst when it comes to their last minute decision to air the first half in reruns for the 3rd time ina row instead of airing episodes 27-52 as posted on the net.

 

basicly would it be possible to prove they are guilty of false advertising over the net?

I fail to see how that is false advertising, show schedules are always subject to change anyways. When did they ever say the second half of Cyberton would air before July? To me it makes perfect sense to wait until then to finish it since the toyline runs until December.

no.  Even if it could be done, it shouldn't.  Everyone and his brother would start suits over INTERNET rumors.

i don't see why Cartoon Network shouldn't restart at the beginning, it doesn't make sense to restart a serialized cartoon in the middle of the series. besides, it's not like CN is airing Cybertron only once a week, Cybertron is airring from monday to friday so you'll be caught up in no time.

Most/all television programming have a tag line that says the programming is subject to change...

They are just trying to protect the children from the fact that the toys they enjoy have a lousy cartoon that goes with them.

They pissed me off with the energon series too...they kept repeating the first half and pissing me off...I recordf them and have them all,and im sick of ending up with the same ones,but my luck if i dont record it ill end up missing just that episode...lets just hope that they dont pull some crap where they get upto the last episode and start over like they did with energon

that right there is the main reason i still need to get my hands on a copy of energon episodes 40-52
