you know how C-Scattershot was given a handheld gun because the rest of the toy was underbudget? well maybe it's the same deal with Primus and the accesory that the Hasbro version will have. if Primus was underbudget then maybe the Hasbro version already has all of the essental paint-aps.

i'm thinking about the boxart of Hasbro's Primus.

 

quality and color are no diff, only boxart, but this point is very important

I my self am still wanting to know what the hasbro verson is going to come with vs the takra verson.  After all didnt archer mention at the convention that it would be a good idea to buy both versons for whatever bonus that hasbro was going to throw in.

i dont know anything about the show but maybe primus will be rare here or come withthat cool ship thing or th moon mace thing whatever ill go for the one with more toy over box joy

That's his point. When Takara/Hasbro were developing him the final product was a bit under the price/value of Hasbro's basic price point, so they added the gun. Making him a more "even value" with other basics.

 

This is a thought I had about Primus too.... Hasbro added something extra, probably because he was under budget, he is noticeably shorter than other supremes, so perhaps that's why he was cheaper. Takara probably felt no need to also make this addition since Primus is more of a "one off" figure for them, not necessarily needing a "fair value comparison" with other supremes.

you know, the more i think about it, the more likely it seems that Hasbro Primus' extra accesory is the Noah Gun and that's where Gonzo got the idea for the animated version.
