Uh, sadly, no... Meister's head doesn't fit very well on the Subaru mold. The ball joint has the same width (5 mm) but with Meister the hole in the head is located higher in the head and more to the center than with the Subaru. So if you swap them, then you're faced with two problems. The first problem is that you no longer can transform him anymore because the head won't go far enough backwards. You can solve this by sanding a *lot* of plastic from the back of his head and/or from the part the head rests against in car mode (but maybe you can also solve it by removing the wheel connector -- but I fear the arms won't fit in with the head more to the front).

 

Also you can't really turn the head around anymore in robot mode. More accurately, you can turn the head around, but it takes effort. The protruding bottom of the head has to be forced over the square bottom of the head connector (the neck, if you will). To solve this you either have to swap ball joints as well (but I fear the head will be too high then to fit inside the car) or seriously sand down the bottom of the head to give it enough space to swivel, but then he still won't be able to look up.

for some reason the mold doesn't really do much for me, it doesn't look very dynamic IMO
