Recommended Posts

well crap, now I'm gonna have to get C. Hot Shot just to swap the spoiler pieces.  Still, not too bad.

will buy along with another regular version to make newer more toy accurate version and a super accrate show version.  i haven't been in the mood to bash since i finished my alt hotrod and modified alt prowl. but seeing this makes me want to get to work.

As far as I am concerned.  One down and one to go.

Perhaps he's not super accurate to the G1 Hot Rod colors, but it looks good to me.

Besides, the Transformers Classics line will be curbing my GEEWUN needs away from other TF lines.

So it's not 100% Hotshot. Personally I think it looks close enough and a hell of a lot more ambitious than the $80 exclusive. I'm fairly happy with it, the transparent visor is gone repaced by solid plastic and the blue windows work awsome with the red.

Will buy without hesintation. :clap

now im not just saying this because i spent the money on red exillion.

but now that ive seen the comparison, i lke my redex better. not that im saying the hasbro one isnt great, and i will be buying him for sure, but i just dont like the black and gold. the flames are nice and all, but it shouldv been yellow. also i dig the blue windows.

Initially I thought other than the flame, it'll look very identical to the takara exclusive. However upon further inspection, it give me the impression that it's abit dull. Though the red is identical, there wasn't the yellow (like the takara's) to bring out the contrast and the "wow!" factor IMO.

Can see that takara didn't make the effort of painting the waist area. But Hasbro is worse. Didn't paint the other silver at the shoulders if you view the pics. And from car view point, hasbro only have the flame. other than that, everything is red.

But for those who dun have the exclusive, at least this is a cheaper alternative. will still get one when it arrive our shores coz can show the variety of colors I have just from one mold.

The figure below is my personal repaint.
