Isn't he the real life father to Heather Prime?

Op rocks, is an awsome guy, and is known WORLD wide by the fandom. plus who else could rock with a group of rescueers on a engine called Fire Convoy, with a Slayer symbol on the side?!

I did some digging on the Net and found out that Mr. Optimus Prime has a daughter named Arcee.

So some people know of this guy, I did not and I know there are others.

 

but after thinking about this, how does he get away with this without HasTak suing him for copyright infrindgement or trademark?  Doesn't that send a message that HasTak supports the War in the middle east?

 

We know its going to suck for kids when their parents name them ESPN or APPLE

 

I know Kareem Abdul Jabbar tried to sue a College Athlete from changing his name to his, something to the effect of Brand Name.

 

I dunno, maybe HasTak is cool with things like that until someone legally changes their name to Cobra Commander or Megatron and goes Clock Tower.

 

However it has been almost 3 years so HasTak must know of this by now.

 

Like I said, maybe he should be stickied so others will know of him and not stumble across some weird news link that says "Optimus Prime is heading out to the Middle East"

I think as long as "Mr. Optimus Prime" isn't making a buck off of his name, there's nothing HasTak can do - copyright law applies to property, and a US citizen don't fall under that domain. Yet.
