who does the tripredicus council work for?

Recommended Posts

TSorry to burst your'e bubble but the Script for Agenda referes to the Tripredacus Concil as general Ramhorn, General Seaclamp, and General Cicadacon

Yeah, that's because they were based on the Original Beast Wars (AKA Season One) combiner Tripredacus, which consisted of Seaclamp, Ramhorn and Cicadocon.

Tarantulas and the Tripredacon Council did not work for anyone. They were their own masters, infiltrating in the Predacon ranks, and taking it over. They were, as has been revealed, Generation 2 Transformers, offspring of the Transformers like Straxus and Jhiaxus.

Nor are they allied with Unicron. Megatron callling Tarantulas "Unicron's Spawn" is just an insult, not a discription of the Spider's heritage. It's like when you call a girl a Starscream. You're saying that she's an evil being, and an insult to her sexe. You're not really saying she's a female dog.

And, no, BOTCON is not official canon, it's jsut fan-stories. I can point an official published Transformer story, from the Transformers Legends Anthology, which has Beast Wars taking place in the Past of Armada. Yes, Beast Wars and Armada. Makes no sense, but it's still officially printed. But the fact that it's officially printed, with authorization of Hasbro and everything, does NOT make it Canon.

:roll the Botcon comics are diferent from the Athology stories in that they were not ment to be taken as an "Elseworlds" type story, they were ment to take place in canon.

The only evedence we have for Turantulas and The Tripredacus Concil to be decendent from the G2 Transformers, is a seen in the Botcon comics when Tripedicus Agent calles Turantulas "Liege Turantulas"

No, Forward (Or DiTillio, not quite sure here) said it himself in an interview.

And what makes you say that Universe is canon? You have absolutely no grounds for that, besides that you simply WANT it to be. You insist it is canon, but it's as canon as any Anthology-story, perhaps even less, since Universe has dead TFs crawling out of every corner, it's gettin' so even being dead is just a slight inconvinience.

It's not like they  ame back for no reason the premise of Universe is that TFs are pulled from multiple timelines and realities, they don't just pop up out of nowhere.

I guess Carnage in C Minor and numerous other G1 epesodes arn't canon becuse peaple came back from the dead un-expectidly.

If wereckers took place in it's own contuity then why would they need to sum up the Beat Wars.

If Wreckers dosn't co-exist with the cartoon then why is Optimus Primal a main charecter in wreckers #1, and why do they bother to wipe his mind so there arn't any contuity errors?

P.S. Simon Furman said that he wanted to make the Coneheads fight the Maximals in Nenimis, but did that happen, NO!

No, Universe IS canon.

It was officially endorsed by Hasbro, it has it's own toy-line (which alone is enough to effectively kill your ridiculous argument), and it's story and events were acknowledged by the new Fan Club comic (Sentinal Maximus). Whether or not they're apart of the actual BW TV show universe or an alternate BW universe is debatable, but they're still canon.

Seriously, I just love the fandom's favorite tactic of ignoring and dismissing several pieces of actual canon just so that they can continue on arguing their disproven ideas.

And for the record, yes, Tarantulas, the Tripredacus Council, and the Blendtrons are all Unicron's spawn. Get over it.

GAWD! Does everyone need to recotn the fan-wank of botcon so badly to make it fit in with official cannon? :roll

Sentinal Maximus can't be a arugment solver, because if I remember right he had his bio changed by hasbro, so official he could be friking primus if we even cared.

Also the club comic currently fits no place in the current unverse tring to combine cybertron and universe together.

1. How the frell does vector prime show up in two places at once?  Isn't he helping prime and the others while nem, and ramjet are running around cybertron?

2. Universe and the wreckers are dead, and seem to be staying dead.  Since 3H died and no one can finish anything.

3. Wreckers and universe make no sense what-so ever.  Why?  Well if you read primal dawn most of these people are awaken on earth and how the heck to they reach cybertron?  How did taralus reach unicron? WTF happen to airrazor?

4.How the heck is critical mass cannon? http://botcon.com/archive/story/1997/index.html

5. WTF is up with omega point?  If you going to say universe and wreckers are cannon it surely has to be.  That messes with anything BW was. ((gawd dang time travel stories inside of time travel stories))

6. If anyone can remember the CD that came with universe their story collides with universe storys.  Which one is correct?  The fanwank or the cd that was packaged with the toys??

But what ever I could be making points I can't back up.  If anything I'd like he explnation, that botcon takes place in a different universe's BW, cus it really don't fit in with ours.

It's like saying DW is official G1, or the Marvel comics are the cartoon. :redface

Wow, I shouldn't post in these types of topics... *wanders off*

He's a Time god, give him some slack

Well if Hasbro let 3H finish Primeval Dawn then we would probably know

prime and the others while nem, and ramjet are running around cybertron?

Shockoracts dumbassery erased himself from history, meaning that Omega Point never happened except for some few straglers such as Windrazer.

Seeing on how that CD was just a half assed flash animation and the comic had some actual thought put into it...

and the council did indeed work for unicron. and thats not botcon cannon. tarantulas did say that in bw. and i didnt even realize that until it was mentioned in this thread. but i remember it now.

that's not what he said.  He just said that the council and himself weren't decended from autobots or decepticons, and Megatron called him "unicron's spawn."  that's it.

SO, according to you, Beast Wars happened in the past of Armada. Because Transformers: Legends IS licensed by Hasbro. And Generation 2 and Machine Wars are also canon then.

Blendtrons are Japanese continuity, and have nothing to do with Amarican storyline. They are indeed Unicron's Spawn, because their cartoon indeed said so. Tarantulas and the Tripredacus council: No. It's like ES said: Tarantulas just said that the council and himself weren't decended from autobots or decepticons, and Megatron called him "unicron's spawn."  that's it.

As for your questions, X-bob: Fanwank. THat's it. Put as many different Transformers into one issue, just too please the fans.

So, they have toys. Big deal. Alternator-toys are the best TF-toys we;ve seen in a long time. Doesn't mean they are part of continuity. You can MAKE them part of continuity, but it's still not canon. THat's your own story, not official. Machine Wars, same thing. No backstory, but toys enough. Where does it fit in with continuity? It doesn't.

As for Carnage in C-minor: No. Never liked to cartoons. It has 3 different origins for the Constructicons, for God's sake! They were made on Earth, best friends of Omega Supreme on Cybertron until they were brainwashed by Megatron, and at the same time they build Megatron themselves! How can you make sense out of that? You can't. Unless you create your own fan-explanation, but then it's still not canon.

Nor are they allied with Unicron. Megatron callling Tarantulas "Unicron's Spawn" is just an insult, not a discription of the Spider's heritage.

Some people say "it's just an insult", but there's no confirmation to that. And if you watch the episode, listen to the lines, it is not at all delivered like an insult. It is NOT an insult.

other people say it's a description of his heratage, but the only confirmation of that is in a botcon fanwank comic.  And I do think it was delivered like an insult, even if it is a description.  why else do you think megs said it?  do people call their friends "son of charles" instead of "ryan"?
