is there any sentinels left?

They actually lasted about a week (in Langley). But that was about 6 months ago, so no, unfortunately they're long gone.

 

I got one of each, but from what I gathered there were a couple people out to buy Sentinel armies who might have bought 6-12 of them. I would have if I had the money at the time.

 

...well maybe not 12, but possibly 6-8. You'd have to have room to display them. But that'd be soooo cool.

 

At Guilford Walmart they sold out of about 20 Sentinals them in 1 1/2-2 days. So sometimes you really have to jump on these items when you see them posted.

I live in Manitoba, and I haven't seen Energon Beachcomber. Is there any left anywhere in Canada?? Anyone interested in putting one on ebay or even just selling me one??  My stores all suck for Tf's:(

wanted a "TRIO" effect... but someone offered me $60 for my sentinel... and he's an "omega" collector - honger guy - doesn't seem like he comes onto TFans, so didn't know about the sale back then...

 

i thot about it and yes end up selling him 1.  he wanted BOTH! but NO!!!

That sucks. However, as far as Beachcomber is concerned you faired only slighty worse than the rest of Canada. Beachcomber was short-shipped in a wave that was also short-shipped (or not shipped at all in some areas).

 

So even on EBay he's relatively hard to find. In stores in Canada he was/is nearly impossible to find.

 

So good luck with your search, just know that you're just as likely to have to pay top dollar for him should you find him.

 

As per other regularly shipped guys we might be able to help you out. Aside from Alternators, currently, the Vancouver area gets a pretty good selection of TFs. Just let us know what you're looking for and we'll let you know if we can help.

Dang. That could have been a nice sale. Especially if he wanted more than your two (during the time they were stacked to the roof in Langely. Heh.)

 

I thought about picking up some "extra" at the time, but didn't have the cash, and couldn't reasonably ship them abroad (too big), and I figured they'd have saturated the NA market anyway... but I guess, looking back now, it would have been a decent investment. Especially if I ran into a fellow like you did. :)

oh! also..  it has come to my attention that there is a store out in the middle of no where with some Armada unicrons left...anyone interested? we were planning on transfering some over, but unfortunatly they are still priced at 89.99.  either way let me know cause then i know how many we should transfer

Tonight, at the Superstore in Coquitlam, they had tons of (Blotty) Universe Reptilion & Snarl on clearance at $5.98, and also one Armada Wheeljack. Plus a few Cybertron basics.

Alternator Dead End and Silverstreak at Granville Island (can't remember which store)... for 45$ apiece.

Today at TRU in Metrotown, I saw the last wave of combiners (Blight, the purple chopper, the Sledge redeco, etc.).

Was in the US yesterday. Grabbed Northgate TRU's last ALT Grimlock and Windcharger. They had about 6 Ravages there and one Swidle.

 

They did not have the second wave of Cybertron Deluxe. BUt they had the complete first wave and second wave of Basics.

 

For the bargain hunters out there: They had those Energon 2 packs with Ironhide and Jetfire, or Ironhide and Mirage for $16.99 each (I almost bought the I&J pack, but if I were going to spend it I'd just get the Alt Ravage). AND there were 2 TRU Reissue Riccochets and 2 Smokescreens for $8.49 each. Wow. Cheaper than when I could have bought Smokescreen in the 1980's.

 

Oh, and they also had The Energon Jetfire repaint, but no Beachcomber.

 

Then I stopped in at Fred Meyer just north of Bellis Fair Mall. They had Alt Grimlock and Swindle, and Energon Quickstrike (?) (the helicopter repaint). They also had Cybertron Starscream, Hot Shot and Prime miniguys (Heroes of Cybertron) for $3.49 each (at least these ones transform).

 

Looks like the US still has their share of ALTs while we get nothing (mind you, it's not like I saw Wheeljack or Shockwave or something more recent).

 

Oh, and for all those who said ALT Grimlock was hard to transform... no fricking Blote. OMG. It took me about a half an hour getting him right. And I'm still having trouble keeping his hood/chest attached to his waist.

 

Oh, and his pelvis was buggered. I had to unscrew it and turn the bottom part around so it looked the way it should.

 

But DAMN he looks good. Best looking ALT so far, imho.

 

Windcharger on the other hand. Odd duck him. Looks pretty good, but no knees and limited shoulder movement make it diffficult to work with. Not the smoothest design -- but I like his feet, arms and chest design, and his head sculpt.
