i do have to admit, most of the fuzors did end up being ass, and my favs were quickstrike and silverbolt. the lizard dragon fly(skyshadow?) i liked.

So many good non show figures in all the lines....

 

G1 - Thunderwing, Bludgeon, Crossblades, Triggerbots/cons, Dreadwing/Dreadwind (wait were they in the last season - doubt it)

 

 

 

while all your suggestions are good characters, but some of them (especially bludgeon and thunderwing) are completely ass toys. By G1 standards.

ive been thinking. how many of you overlooked the non-tv appearing bw and bm figs simply due to that fact? now i owned every character who appeared on the shows, but i also owned almost all the ones that had no tv time. and there were some great figures there. i cant help but think that there are some people out there who missed out on some of these gems.

Originally (way back when that is), I did only buy the ones on the show, but w/in the last yr or so, I have completed the entire line and I am glad that I did. Granted, being on the show helped create the most popular figures (ie Tarantulas and Dinobot), but that is no surprise. I promise you there are more people that own Cheetor than own Ramulus, but Ramulus really was a pretty good figure as someone else said.

 

My personal favorites that were not on the show are: Magnaboss, Ramulus, B-Boom, Wolfang, Manterror, Armordillo, and TM Prowl from BW from BM I would have to say Snarl, Quickstrike and maybe Spy Streak. They all are really good figures that shouldn't be overlooked.

I have to agree with everyone concerning the Wolfang and K-9, these are great figures.  Same mold, just with some minor changes to the head, and the shell area.  And of course Ramulus, was another great one as well. Also BM Hammerhead, this is a very anime looking figure and is a simple transformation that allows it to look great in both modes.

 

I know there are alot more from the BW/BM era, but those are the only ones I have.

I didn't pass over toys becuase they weren't in the show.  I passed over pretty much all BW toys because I wasn't into collecting at the time. 

 

During RiD, I went for the show characters first, in Armada I went for the decepticons first, and in Energon and Cybertron I went for the ones that looked cool, since I didn't watch the shows.
