I have mixed feelings about the bubble packaging comming to Europe. I think the bubble packaging makes them look less substantial, but TF's are 50% more expensive in Europe to start with...

 

On that basis I can't see these being fast movers, or being well distributed at toyshops.

Maybe they're recalling the overstock then repackaging them? Maybe that's why we've got Tracks in the new packaging? Maybe there was a problem distributing Tracks (causing the alleged short-pack) and they've just re-released him to get rid of the toys that never made it to the shelves? Maybe tomorrow I'm gonna settle down..... oh wait, that's The Littlest Hobo!  :redface

I think it has something to do with Rollbar whose just an orange swindle with an autobot symbol. Maybe the orange isn't an approved color for a Europian release and he's the alternate.

Yep. Had a look at the Jeep UK site, and that Orange color isn't an option.

 

It's been suggested this is being done for a speciffic country:

 

According to Nevermores site,  of the Euro countries that get Alts, Denmark Greece and Italy have not gotten Swindle.

 

Denmark has done very poorly on Alts, Greece not a lot better....

 

Traditionally, Hasbro Italy have been relatively supportive of TF's.

 

If this is for a speciffic country, I'd suggest Italy.

 

Otherwise all of Europe is getting this item  againregardless of it it was availalble there before...

well we have swindle in the UK so i asume we wont be seein this guy again (i hope)

I hope the do reissue the other alts that I didn't get... Meister and Hound and even the two shelf warmers too- Smokescreen and Silverstreak too...

 

I'll buy swindle eventually....

what's point of naming it as 2 in 1?

I only see 1 swindle in the pack.

 

At first, i thought it sold with 2 tf in 1 alternator package.

im jealous of rawhide...where he live retail stores are not open today....they are here in the US and i have to work today...dosnt that suck? lol  :( Oh and so does re releasing swindle ANYWHERE again lol...my tru STILL has some even after the christmas craze!
