Finally some pics.

 

First off: Prime does have upper legs  :clap Also the doors hanging besides his arms is a welcome improvement over the first pics we saw, although judging from the pics it seem they can/should be positioned next to his upper arms. It still doesn't make him good, but I do appreciate the design more than the first pics lead me to believe I would. Maybe with better pics, it will get better.  (Then again, maybe not :roll)

 

Ricochet and Rollbar seem straight repaints as I had expected/knew they would be. Nevertheless, they look nice enough and I will get them -- even though like many, I had preferred it if, for geewun sake, Ricochet had been a Mazda.

 

But what's with the color? Rumor had it Rollbar would be orange. Looking at this pic Prime looks more like he's pinkish, while rollbar is closer to red. (Could just be my computer; ricochet seems a dark green.) I hope Rollbar is closer to red than orange cos I really wanted a (metallic) red jeep.

 

I have no doubt that I will get them all.

Rollbar was orange in the Botcon picture, it looks like that might just be a bad scan.

 

Why isn't Ricochet the Mazda mold? Ya, I'd like that too and have Red alert as the Subaru, but Hasbro wants a variety of Alts on the shelves: only 1 emergency vehicle(Prowl) and they want all the molds available, they should still be using Shockblast as the Mazda but they need a new deco for the Subaru.

 

I believe Trailbreaker is never going to happen.... the name "Trailbreaker" isn't available, they wanted to use it before going to Swindle, they wanted to use it for Cy. Overhaul(thus the otherwise meaningless name "Leobreaker"), they couldn't even use it when the did the Universe spychanger repaint of him. So no reason to "fear" a 4th jeep.

Okay, Hasbro. Are you listening? G1 decals on Prowl=Cool. G1 decals on Richochet= :puke Prime is scaring the Blot out of me. He has thighs now but they're coming out of his gut. Now can every one believe he was gonna be Trailbreaker?!

That ricochet looks really bad. I'll stick with my mazda repaint of him.

Prime looks better and is going to make great kitbash fodder.

 

Rollbar was a throttlebot originally and was a shade lighter green the Hound.  The mold is correct, except he was a hard top jeep. 

 

Ricochet looks good, but like everyone said, it should have been the mazda mold. 

 

I am a completest as far as the Alt/BT line goes, so I will be picking them up, but they wont be staying the same characters for long. 

 

In my book Ricochet, if he comes without the stickers on him, will be turned into a decepticon.

 

Rollbar, well I already have a kitbashed rollbar made from BTA 3 but will pick this one up for a kitbash.

 

As for Prime, well he is becoming Ironhide, nuff said.

meh on all 3 i asume prime is still mistransformed and would it of killed them to give stepper BTA alert's STi spolier

i like rollbar... as long as he's orange... red would be good for a head swap and make a inferno.
