Wouldn't removing the pin that holds the "boat" to her make her fall out in boat mode?

It shouldn't. See, she's on a hinge inside the boat. In bot mode, she lifts out and up, so her head is a bit above the back of the boat. While in boat mode, she lifts out and down on to two plastic pins. These should keep her secure while in boat mode, not to mention that her legs become a very tight part of the boat as well. If she moves, it's because you did something wrong.  :tfevil

I'm pretty sure the bash Would work, seeing as you still have a Whole Boat-Platform in back to hold her up.    The clips on each 'Wing half' Should be enough to keep them together in boat mode.
