The Escape Key - TF Collectors dont know how good

Recommended Posts

Ugh, you had to pick that song?! Only Puff the Magic Dragon could irratate me more. How about "I'd like to give the world a Coke..." instead?

Heh, I wrote that. Just fixed the author name. Honestly, I am blown away you guys agree. I was sure I was gonna be torn to shredds over that post.  :eek

News_Staff = Jack's don't rake me over the hot coals account. Gotcha. :punch

Great arguments but I am not sure if every Japanese version is superior. I mean the Superlink version of Bulkhead, Sprang, lacked the electronics which for me were really cool.

Still, I could not help agree with you. I recently bought a 12 inch Thing figure which was on sale. The price is that of a deluxe but Thing is huge! Still play value is nonexistent whereas Red alert has 2 kick-ass modes, a sweet gimmick and 2 neat accessories.

The 6 inch figures were cool, some even had lights and Torch even had sounds and lights. So in that respect one gets more bang for one's buck.

Still, overall I think Transformers are good value for one's money.

only one thing i disagree with: they aren't available almost everywhere. i have to order almost everything from the 'net. i agree with him on the rest, i'm not a winer.

Did that article forget to mention that the figures we collect are usually 2 toys in one? I'd think that'd be important to point out :tflaugh

Man, I've been saying this stuff for ages. But nobody ever listens to me :tfsad

**runs away to go listen to his Stan Bush mp3's and hugs his fan-made Optimus Plushie**

:clap

for the most part i agree with this article. But in the long run, he forgot one little thing:

When there are fans there shall be sqaubles! From Lunch Box collectors and what's more rare...Superman '54 or 240 Robert? Vinyl or steel?

Star wars Fans vs Star Treck fans.

and so on.

It's part of being a fan of anything, but when it comes to the largest toy line in history, there is going to be so many groups of fans, aguments, complaints, and rivalries will be abound. So as much as i hate hearing people whine sometime, i do it as well, we all do! now, let the articles wisdom sink in, enjoy it, then go back to being a fan :thumb

:clap Well put.
