My vote goes to noone because I thought only the Matrix could destroy Unicron.

who ever has the matrix and is a/the chosen one. i supose the hard part would be getting inside and staying alive

 

megs and prime could do it easy they have worked together in the past for the common good of each other (e.g. agaist bruticus)

 

tho idd think if skywarp and bumblebee could work together they would have the best chance seeing as skywarp can telliport them in and then bumblebee could work his way in and the use the matrix

 

galvatron and magnus would be doomed from the start seeing as Galvie is Unicrons Starscream

 

the others i dont think could pull it off eather they ether have the wrong skills and/or are retared
