i would take some of the features of U-NHB such as the silencer and the other gadgets on it (note that meg,s rear barrel could become the search light) and integrate it on the gun.....but the best shape at this point would be the robocup gun wich is a modified beretta .....

i think u should go with either of the desert eagles posted, other that your megatron is absolutely amazing, worthy of the title "masterpiece"

I think it would be best for Megatron's robot mode if you didn't try to fit it with an exact gun model (which I can already tell isn't exactly possible with the ones listed compared to the shape and form you have built).  Just stick with getting a good working transformation and the general P38 details and let the gun mode form from there.

From looking at all those pictures, I think the robocop gun looks like it has the most resembling shapes as Meg's Robot mode.  The front barrel of the robogun just looks so much like the shape of meg's chest.  Even if that part isn't his chest in the final product, it still looks identifieable. That top picture of the futuristic looking cylindrical gun, is to round and not enough hard angles. Take parts off those other guns and try to bash them together with the Robogun.  Also to me when I think of Megatron, I think of Power. The Robocop gun looks like the most powerful of all of those.

that us exaclty what i was thinking brawn 1228 ... i,ve been able to determine that the p-38 is,nt a compatible form with the anime type megatron... so ,ill have to take components from all of theses gun and i guess create a new type of weapon wich as you,vesaind needs to look powerfull.... i too believe that robocop,s gun is a good match... so is lara croft,s weapon but will feel like a great alt mode for megatron....

how about the gun Clint Eastwood uses as Dirty Harry a 42 maguim

Dirty Harry used a .44, but he would have used a .50 if they where around at the time. And a revolver wouldn't suit Megs either. Unless you were refetting to the .44 auto mag he used once.

 

I think a mix between Robocop's gun and a .50 cal desert eagle could work pretty good.

i,ve finally been able to solve the leg problem that i was facing... i need to refine them but they WORK !!! and i tought the chestpiece was complex lol
