Will definitely get these. Not too fond of the Megatron mold (though these colors are magnificent), but I've always loved this Primal. The monkey face does look a bit weird to me, though. (Wonder how many repaints there will be of this one: burning, clear, gold...?)

 

If Hasbro's 10th anniversary are even better, than I sure hope we get some pics of those soon.

I'm a beast fan, but I'm not excited about these figs at all. I already have these figures in their original form. The new paint apps aren't doing it for me either. Primal looks good and Megs looks good in beast mode, but ugly in robot. I'll wait and see what hasbro has for the U.S. versions.

I could be wrong, and correct me if I am, but we're receiving brand new, completely different molds of Optimus Primal and Megatron? Not these as indicated, but actual, 100% new figures?

 

Um. ROCK ON. And I don't even like Beast Wars anymore. (Although KK is certainly bringing back the love.)

huh. did anyone know about this until now? seems odd to me that theyd release these. they look pretty good but i have all the other versions of these guys and im not sure i want to get these guys again. id definetly consider it though.

you know, i just might get these versions instead of Hasbro's versions because Hasbro's versions having cyber key gimmicks might be a real turn-off. i guess now we know who's the real driving force behind the tf toys having ridiculous gimmicks :roll

Megs looks awesome, but im not liking that prime has a mouth, looks better with that mouth gaurd! but im still gettin em BEAST WARS ERA WAS THE BEST!

I was hoping the arms would change on Primal. Still looks pretty good for anyone that likes this mold. It is a lot better than the Universe repaint.

 

Megs looks great. Is his tail-arm the same as the RM version?

No, this is (apparently) the original BW Megatron mold with some remolding done to the robot head, and possibly some other bits. But he still has the permanent tail hand of the original, not the detachable tail of the RM release.
