WHEN WAS TF - The Move made?

Recommended Posts

Orson Welles died in 1985, so 1985 has to be the year it was made.

sounds like an airtight argument to me.

thanx npx, but we're talking about when it was made.

like in procution.....lets say give or take a yr prior....then released......

i mean i saw it in '86 at the theaters....then season 3 p/u on the tv show....so must of been made during season 2

Season One was made, and the movie was being made alongside the latter part of it, after they found out about the line's success.

that's what we've learned so far, but I already knew it was made while season 1 was still airing on tv.

Ditto. Also, there's the ever persistant rumor that Unicron's final line(s) are voiced by Leonard Nimoy because Welles died before he recorded them. That could be used to narrow it down to a couple months, even weeks within '85, if it is true. I've never been able tell one way or another.
