I LOVE my Sideways, I only have a few issues with him, when I opened him his ips were REALLY lose and popped off evertime I moved them, and whe I add some "tension" to the ball "hips" the plastic gave way, I jhad to replace to hip attachment with a metal pin it works now but damn that turned into an issue.  Anyone else have the same "lose hips" ( man that sounds wrong) Problem?

The loose hip joints problem goes all the way back to the Galaxy Force release.  A little superglue fixed that problem up beautifully.

I recently read that, in order to have more luck in your life, it's best to follow your gut-instincts. You just proved it right. (I've sinned in the same way, cos I didn't like C: Scourge/Flame Convoy from the start but bought 'm anyway...and regretted it within the first half hour that he was out of the box.)

Well it goes both ways. I wasn't a fan of the Dinoshout mold and the colors were eye-searingly bad. Then I saw Undermine on sale 1/2 price at TRU so I picked it up on a whim.

 

Now he enjoys my terrorcons company. The subdued Hasbro color scheme really saved this figure.

 

All other TF lines are an initial love/hate for me. But so far Cybertron has been a case of the toys growing on me after awhile. Mudflap, Sideways, Landmine, Undermine, Red alert.

 

 

About Sideways, I think it might have to do with getting over that initial mental block of what a TF should or shouldn't look like. For what it's worth, I still have that block for fleshy animal bots. :)

Soundwave's face is definately the Decepticon insignia. Now that you mention it Vector's mouth does remind me of that(besides Prowl,Bluestreak face). Can't beleive I didn't relise that.

If anyone needs sideways theres an extra one sitting at my local wal-mart if anyone wants him. They got snarl and 3 of the armada remolds too. I needed buzzsaw for myself

I held the armada one and him together, and it's amazing how much the new head mold, paint apps, and rear mold make this toy go from :ghey to :yay
