Over at TFormers.com they have a official word from Hasbro confirming that Omega Supreme is two vehicles a Aircraft Carrier, and a battle train. The real big news is that Omega Supreme can combine with Energon Optimus Prime.

But what gets me is there is a train, almost akin to the tank of the original, but then an aircraft carrier?

 

Also who is mega galvatron, I havent seen or heard anything about him.

Well if you look at what the Autobot gimmick is, you have to realize that they need to have Prime combine with someone else. After all, all the Autobots (Except Omnicons) can combine with each other. So having Prime combine will be justifible this time. Unfortunately.

 

And Megatron is BIG so.

Megagalvatron just refers to Megatron looking so much like Galvatron ... its a fan made thingy.

 

For some reason, I get a very Gradion from Web Diver feel from the description. With a combination that is akin to the Brave side by side combiners.

Ya know what? I think about Omega and I have some observasions. What I see, is that Energon tries to have some little connections with G1. That's why I think, that Omega should have a Autobot Base mode instead carrier and rocket lounczer instead (Astro)train. What is strange for me, he's almost 50 bucks! I don't know actual sizes of Unicron(in Poland Hasbro gives only half of Armada's assortment), but Omega must be huge to be so expensive.

Talking about he's powerlink mode with Prime, I don't want to even look at this mode. I don't like the super form of Optimus and I think that Hasbro won't think something else than hand/or leg connection, no way, it's just not that Armada Prime who gave us so many options

I agree with Silverbolt, I have Gradion in my collection, and I love this figure. But when tossed the idea of a battle train, that is the first image that pops into my mind. Astrotrain is a train, but thats it, nothing special about it, so I would assume that a battle train would be armored, and especially with the new Transformers look with at more cybertronian feel it should be something more akin to Gradion.

 

As for the armor portion, I am glad they are doing something with Fatimus other then the turbo ranger team hanging out in the trailor. I think any improvement over those vehicles is a step in the right direction.

 

And will Megatron be able to combine with anything? I know in Armada there was Tidal Wave, but he will not combine with the new megatron. And I know that American Megs is larger then Japan Megs, they are shrinking him down to Scorpi size. So I hope something comes along that combines with Megs.

 

Also Hasbro/Takara if you are reading this, turn the Terrorcons into the next predacons and bring back predaking.

Wait a sec...Megatron combining Optimus Prime...We all know that this isn't true from that little Toyfair issue, but who knows, maybe Megatron can "combine" with Fatimus this way?

I was just saying I would like to see something that combines with Megs, not that Megs combines with anything currently.

im really excited to see this figure...in all his modes. i just hope that the "omega prime" mode looks good, its gonna be hard to beat RiD omega prime, that guy looked bad ass, but i have faith :)
