This is what happened.

Starscream wanted power, power is what kept him going. He took more hits then Megatron did, one blow with Savage Claw Mode and Megatron is down like a baby. Starscream just gets back up and continue's kicking butt, and here is my brother with the sawdering tool saying this is what Starscream would have been doing with his sword.

Tink! Tink! Tink! Tink!

"Its raining Decepticons and you don't got a umbrella." Starscream's as he spoke to Jetfire.

"I LOVE AUTOBOT BOWLING!" Starscream yelling as he knocked down The Autobots.

"Finally, the power...is mine." Starscream as he held the Omega lock after it fell from Vector Prime.

"You think i did all this, for a old fool like him?" Starscream as he spoke to Optimus.

My brother said it would have been funny when they showed Megatron and there he is playing computer games, for he is after all computer parts. Playing Doom 3, that would have been so halaroius!  :rofl

Though when i first seen the episode and Starscream was falling, i ended up yelling at the tv telling him to wake-up, his eyes flashed and he awoke.

"No! It....can't end like this!" Starscream said as he saw the Omega lock falling and Optimus Prime going for it.

"Your team is your strenght Optimus, yet it is your one weakness." Starscream whispered in his vehicle mode, and he shot the missle towards the kids.

Now here is where i kept wishing for myself to be in the show, cause i would have been there fixing him up, with a blowtrouch and a hammer.

That episode was one of the best i have seen yet, i loved it. That episode proved Starscream is stronger then Megatron, and he is. He is better looking and smarter then Megatron too. I just love his smirk!

This Starscream powns the original anyday of the week...

Was it just me or was Thunderblast alittle less annoying than her GF counterself.

I wish i had seen that episode... :-(

but it sounds great  :thumb

but the main reason GF starscream would cream the G1 version is because of the way he was written for.

origanally, he was meant to be a serious contender for Leadership of the decepticons, he was a sounding board for megatron's idea and would actually come up with positive things to say but in the cartoon of G1 he quickly became comic value only, with very few chances to show what he could do.

the cartoon persona for him has therefore become the norm for what we expect from a starscream like charater.

I felt a change in this oppinion in Beast wars episode 'possession' where they made good use of his abillities, such as his speed. The episode re-writ what Starscreams character should be.

In G1 he would always lose because of some last minute thing e.g. in 'starscream's brigade' he was beaten at last second by 'Menasor', which left you like WTF?,

Beast wars showed that it is best to actually outwit a foe in a story rather than beat him on shear luck.

In shows that followed like Armarda, Energon and GF, Starscream seems to be evolving into what he should have been from the off, a body tough as nail and sharp mind.

Cyberkey=Force Chip

Cyper Planet Key=Planet Force

Omega Lock=Chuip Square

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

No way! I had no idea what this "Omega Lock" nonsense was until that post. Now it all makes sense to me.

Before, I was like "does that have something to do with the O-Parts? What were the O-Parts again?"

Shucks! they've replayed the show thrice and I still missed 2 of the eps and Retreat is one of them.

I can't wait to get the video so then i can watch it over and over, i just love that episode.

"The power is mine at last." Starscream.
