I think Falcia was included with one of the Micron Legend DVDs. She was a pretty important character in the manga that came with them..so that's why I think she was with the DVDs, at least...but other than that, I haven't a idea.

maybe from a micron booster pack?  It never got a wide american release.

She came with one of the DVDs like Aoi said.  Fantofan had galleries of the DVD microns and translations of the manga.  Good luck finding one of the figs though.  I've been looking for quite some time.  So far I've only managed to get the 1st DVD with the Street team. The ones after that I've had no luck yet

She was a pretty important character in the manga that came with them..so that's why I think she was with the DVDs, at least...

If her name is pronounced Fall-SHA in Gaelic it means 'welcome' (Gaelic spelling is Failte).
