Of course not.  I was just hoping they'd be, ya know, 'nice' about it and let me keep both Dirge figures.  The set hasn't exactly sold very well.  They're bound to have this set sitting around for years to come regardless if they let me keep both Dirge figures.  If anything, it would give them a better 'look' in my book if I was able to keep it.

No and I wouldn't care if they did since it's not going to be a large amount.

Well is it really going to stop you from ever getting anything from then again? I glad they are able to at least exchange it for you instead of saying "oh well, that's life!"

You have a point, but they could have let me keep the extra Dirge and just sent me a Buzzclaw, but they're not doing that.  Oh well.

 

As for if this will stop me from renewing my membership or getting anything from them?  Probably.  If it happens again, however, that might change things.

It WAS their mistake, right? :wtf Kind of like when they mess up your order at a restuarant and they fix your food and take half off your bill. It's the way GOOD BUSINESSES do things.
