Kickback....I've THOUGHT about re-doing red alert but the mold just doesn't suit him.

I think Kick back looks more like the Vette mold - and Sharpnel looks like the mirage mold.

Bombshell could work for the Prowl mold....

I still wanna find another one for a MP Shockwave\Soundwave\Megatron I'm still up in the air as for which one to use. I was tempted to turn Cybertron Optimus into Soundwave but it just didn't seem right somehow.

The hardest part would be getting the shoulders to fold upwards. After that it should be RELATIVELY easy.

Can yoo post some closer pics of that Ultra Magnus, and does that armor transform to his trailer, or is it just a big action master now?

The armour is removable and once removed he transforms into a white semi truck.

you might have tried taking the visor off and painting it white on the inside, then putting it back on.  Think that might have kept it with the window effect and brightened it up. 

 

Slap on the repro stickers and sure, ya got Jazz.

 

(I dare someone to come out with G2 version stickers)
