Starscream and Megatron are my favorites so far.

Just opened Starscream and Leobreaker, Starscream seems to be the better of the two, good robot mode and awesome vehicle mode (truly a WW wish granted :D). Leobreaker is okay, not really much to his transformation but makes a decent figure IMO.

somebody HOOK ME UP...please :tftongue with some LOC.  i live in the barren plains of tennessee, devoid of all things kohl and mejiers

Tie between Skywarp, Leobreaker and Scourge :)

skywarp/starscream hands down

wow, seriously?  leobreaker is probably my least favourite, ans scourge is a close second class.  maybe i'm biased against beasts, but they just don't seem to lend themselves to greatly to this size.  Maybe i would like scourge more if his arm transformation didn't suck as much

I have Wave 1 and Starscream is probably the best.

The upcoming Soundwave will almost definately be my favorite.  I actually like his design better than the big version, no crap hanging off his arms.  Vector Prime looks pretty cool too.

All I have so far is Starscream and Prime, and Starscream is clearly the better of the two.  Prime could have been a lot better with a little more arm articulation.
