Voltron III vs. Predaking

Recommended Posts

Voltron I was the Vahicle force, III was the lion force...

Voltron II was a from a a show called Albegas, it was know as Gladiator Voltron, and was in toy form only here in the US..

As I pointed out 1lion 2land sea air 3 ALBEGAS!!

The 3rd season was only shown in the U.S, when the 'Matchbox DX versions were relesed the three sets were shown on the back and left a generation of non-US fans going 'WTF!??! :thumb

I think Starscreamer is referring to Voltron the 3rd Dimension. It was a fully CGI show that came out a year or two after Beast Wars if my memory recalls. It only lasted two season which was way to long. They tried to tie the series into the original by bringing back the old cast and completely butchering EVERYTHING that was established in the original series. In the 2nd season of the show they replaced the classic lions with new "stealth versions". Absolutely horrible to look at. This would be like Hasbro bringing back G1, alterting personalities, completely butchering everything you liked about the show, and then upgrading the characters into Armada figures. Trust me you'd hate it.

Now has been stated there were three Voltron groups from the original series.

The Lions, The Vehicles, and The 3 Robots. I don't know what official order they're listed in. Only the Lions and the Vehicles teams got any air time. The 3 robots never made it to TV. Don't know if that's a good or bad thing. And that's probably more than you wanted to know.

Now to stay on topic.

Voltron wins. The good guy always beats the bad guy.

Actually we were referring to the 80s series, not the cgi series (the vacume of space does'nt suck as mutch as that did!)

And as for voltronIII(ALBEGAS) vs predaking, Pred by default,( Voltron III sux) :tftongue

Well, from what I can tell Voltron III was the lions and the lions rocked!

BTW voltron was devided into two groups Lion force/ Vieacle team!

VOLTRONII was used for the continuance ! :tftongue

Beleve me, I've been around long enugh to be carbon dated :redface

Right, I remember the Lions and the Vehicles. Heck, I even remember the crossover movie they had. I always thought that was pretty slick. I figured Voltron II was just for some extra toy sales anyways, but I always wanted to see it in the show.
