*edit* it has a chip so is a basic not a LOC

The boat, huh? I haven't seen it before.

Pretty small, and aquanautic, like Thundesblast/Chromia. I think I'll like it. I think it's a Decepticon, but I hope they'll name him Seaspray regardless.

looks like kabaya :wtf

Do kabaya come with force chips? (seriously Im asking, I dont know)  you can see it at the back of the hovercraft

looks like he would fit in with the imprisoned 'monster' decepticons.

The ones who become Screamers Minions in GalaxyForce

this might be Mirage, head almost looks a little like energon, and the over the shoulder missile launcers are also a trow back. And the fore arms like Titalwaves

looks like kabaya :wtf

No. It's a new basic(scout) by the looks of it.

Looks interesting.

It could be Mirage, and that would be fine. :thumb

Something about the awkwardness about the hands and arms remind me a lot of Scorpornok from Energon.

I reallly like how many scout class figures we're seeing in Cybertron line opposed to Energon. Makes buying em a lot cheaper and simpler IMO. :clap

but I hope they'll name him Seaspray regardless.
