Which Galaxy Force/Cybertron figure are u skippin'

Recommended Posts

yeah, I was just wondering if which figure are you guys skipping for this line, so I could general get an idea of which ones are not worth hunting down.

for me:

GF name/ Cyb. name

Dinoscout / Undermine(?)

Saidos / ?

Liger Jack / Leo breaker

NA / Brushguard (overhaul repaint)

NA / (the lizard thing with the weird Horn weapon)

PS: I'm considering Ransack, is he a cool figure?

Saidos whatever his US name is

Dark Scorponok

Maybe Brushguard

Maybe Buzzsaw

Unlike Energon, I don't feel compulsed to collect virtually the entire line.

I'm not getting:

Backstop

Clocker

Brushguard

Jetfire

Hardtop

Supreme Starscream

"Moledive"

Lugnutz/Roadstorm (well, tentative on that one)

Dark Scorponok

Galvatron

Whatever other repaints show up down the line

So far, though, most of the unique deluxe molds look like must-gets for me.  I don't think there's any, particularly, that I'm not looking forward to getting my hands on.

I'm not getting the single-packed Vector Prime. Oh, and whatever I don't find. Other than that, I'll be getting all of them.

Honestly, Ransack has got to be one of the best scouts in the entire first wave. The alt mode is a little strange, but the bot mode more than makes up for it IMHO. Awesome little dude, I highly recommend. :thumb

I was planning on going completist with cybertron.. I'm just kind of at a fianical rough spot. So it's goint to have to wait. :redface

after having and them all i wouldnt of bought...

Megatron

Ligerjack

Mudflap

clocker

nitro convoy

Mudflap? that's a suprise on my part.  was it the color scheme? (I don't think light blue construction vechiles exists?) or just the figure itself?

I will not be getting "Super screamer" either.  =P I am tempted to get the GF one though.  If I remeber correctly, its articulation is a little better than the supersized one right?

Nah, Super Screamer's articulation's the same as his smaller counterpart, maybe a bit better, if they managed to free up his shoulders any.  Actually, no, he's definitely more articulated, as the cannons on his chest are moveable like they are in the show, unlike the smaller version's molded-in-place cannons.  Yeah, you don't normally consider weapons articulation, but that's what they pretty much are.

And Ransack's vehicle mode is a lot better if you swap his rear wheels.  Both Gasket and Ransack are misassembled, in that their rear wheel assemblies were attached upside-down.  He was meant to be a rather low-riding hubless motorcycle, but the way the wheels are attached, his rear end winds up being fairly jacked up.  If you manage to swap them (pretty much requires a vise and some precision tools for knocking the pins out, they're quite tight), the contours of his vehicle mode flow a helluva lot better.  And really, he's a pretty good fig.  Looks good in both modes, and is capable of some pretty expressive poses in 'bot mode (thanks to his mid-torso joint).  Although I like Scattorshot more, simply because I find him to be more "cute" :P.  Seriously, though, I find Scattorshot's transformation more imaginative, and I love his bio.

Armada remolds

Galvatron

So far right now, that's all off the top of my head, and of course if I've got Cybertron version, don't need Jpn version and vice versa.
