You should tell them it's essential to the war you're waging against the evil forces of the Decepticons.  I'm pretty sure they'd bump you up a spot or two.

Update Guys: I talked to the guys about the car, and they'll be able to get 'em on next tuesday (Oct 11th).  They'll have it a couple of days.  But soon after I'll have pics posted.

Well... while we're all waiting...  Anybody got any interesting car-related stories?  Weird wrecks... road rage incidents... run over your best friend's cat...  ???

I'd like to keep this thing going.  :thumb

Bad news, guys.  Won't be getting everything all at once as I planned.  The front bumper went on just fine, but the skirts and rear bumper will need some major mods to fit properly.

If this topic isn't closed before then, I'll at least have pics of the front posted asap.  :thumb

Looking foward to it :thumb.  Sorry to hear about the rest of the kit.  Nothing's ever easy.  Even if I wanted an aftermarket kit (the Eclipse GS and up have a stocky body kit- most noticeably the read bumper and side skirt), getting one in this part of the country would be a bad idea.  I only have 5-6 inches of clearance as it is.  Bumpy, even roads and merciless winters...It's kind of a drag.  Most of the people I know around here who got ground effects wish they never had.

If I lived in the Carolinas, who knows?

That poor poor Mustang hood scoop. Bad taste knows no boundaries...

Gotta ask... A hood scope on a chevy Cavalier? No offence bro, I drive a kia so I'm in the same boat. I'm a car guy too, but that's a bit overboard. It ain't gonna make the car go faster and the chicks won't flock to it. Trade that bad boy in for a new mustang or get yourself a nice old mucle car. Though when my finace gets her VW bug I'm so totally autoboting it up.

At least its not as bad as the dudes that put the huge metal wings on late 80's honda civics, or ford escorts. I even saw a dude put a racing wing on a rust bucket. I just don't get it. That's like me putting rims, a wing on my kia. What's the point? Now if you got a newer civic that's totally worth pimping out. Make mine an import! To each is own, post your final pictures.
