I received my Dark Scorponok the other day.  When I got him out of teh box, he was pretty loose.  Mostly his head and visor.  His visor was even on upside down (least that was an easy fix).

 

Any one else who's got Dark Scorpy find him to be on the loose side?

I had the same deal although it was the knee swivels rather than the head that was loose. Try applying a few coats of clear nail polish around the inside of the visor holes, thats how I tightened it on mine and it works really well

I don't think he is rare, but he does come one per case, but I think he will also be coming with other waves so he won't be THAT rare.

oh hes rare...

wave 1: 2x jetfire, 1x scourge

wave 2: 1x jetfire, 1x scourge, 1x scorp

wave 3: 1x jetfire, 2x scourge

 

the problem is, i recently opened a case at work, and we already got wave 3...totally skipped wave 2
