This is the affliction we all face...

 

Transformers dissappeared and we went after Girls instead in our teenhood... then when we came back years later when regular sex allowed us to begin watching TV and having hobbies again...  We returned to find only 12 episodes a year and Optimus Prime was a Monkey... to which our impatient early twenties minds said WTF!!!! Then when someone convinces you to watch Beast Wars and Beast Machines you are all like  !!  its written well?  then you buy or wind up getting a Beast Era Toy and see how much articulation and coolness there is...  then its over... you're a beast lover

The timing of some of those phases is a bit different in my case... :tflaugh I didn't get into TFs until I was 12 (I'm 32), and I spent my time making TF music videos with two VCRs and a CD player when I should have been interacting with females. I was without TFs for about, oh, ten years or so, until RiD and a three-year-old son who liked TF:TM brought me back. Once I discovered BW/BM it was all over.

But most definitely, BW/BM Megatron PWNETH with a mighty PWNING. Part of that is Mainframe's doing, however. They used to videotape the actors as they were recording their dialogue. David Kaye used to drum his fingers together as he delivered his lines, so they copied that into the show. And David Kaye himself.... he could make tampon commercials sound awesome.

I love some of the expressions on the Dino Head Hand when Megs was talking or sleeping etc... it would roll its eyes and stuff hilarious
