Decepticon Medic? I mean, I can't seem to recall any Decepticon who has specialized himself in trating his fellow Decepticons' wounds. Was there anyone?

Decepticons throw their damaged members out the back of AstroTrain while en route home from getting their cans handed to them.

That or they kidnap an Autobot who, as a medic, feel obliged to help.

I think Hook performed those services - he was a "surgeon"

Soundwave in fire in the Sky

or Shockwave.

Starscream tried to fix Megatron  in Cosmic Rust

Swindel was working on Galvy in The show when they wanted to fix Galvy's mind

In G1 S1, the 'bots had both Wheeljack and Ratchet . . . I guess for robots the difference btw. a surgeon and someone who is mechanically inclined is moot. Villians in cartoons tend not to have a medic on their team... doctors are too principled to be good villians.

Hook was definitely the surgeon.

Yeah, I remember Hook saying he was a surgeon. He even performed repair work for the Autobots once when the Constructicons where under their control.

If I remember correctly when Megatron's "origin" was show (the one that defies continuity) it showed the Constructicons building him.

Ya know, I used to wonder the same thing.. Seriously, how effective is an army if you don't care for your own troops? :redface
