I picked up the Sideswipe/Smokescreen two pack today.  I needed Smokescreen anyway, but I picked up Sideswipe for a reason considering I already have one.  I'm going to use his head, and do a kitbash/repaint of it, so that when Red alert comes around, I can give his body to Prowl, and put the Alt. Sideswipe head on Prowl's body, painted like Red alert.

Now, the question is, should I paint the picture to be show accurate or toy accurate.

well it would be whole lot easyer to make the show like the toys but in some cases the toys are just plain lame (armada)

I say go for the show accurate bro. Only one problem though I can`t remember wether he had a red head or what and when I went to google.com and tryed looking up Red alert but I didn`t find any pics of him from the show.

He had a red head.  Go here.

Well, Show Accurate would require repainting the head and various body parts to match, whereas Toy Accurate would require less effort since most of those pieces would already be black...

Chack out my G1 Red alert, Genzero did the same thing to his.

Show accurate. Or else he'll just look like Sideswipe with with a white and black cop car body. While your at it paint the black parts of the car frame, red.

That's a lot of G1 for someone who hates it...
