UK gets Transformers Cybertron Cartoon

Recommended Posts

We'll get the same three. For six months. Then the space will be cleared for whatever crappy film is coming out. Such is the way of the Uk Transformers fan.

I'd try importing again, but after being charged £50 by Parcelforce for "handling fees" in addition to the import tax (And Parcelforce's main office being impossible to communicate with, shifting you to the phone, which tells you to use e-mail, which tells you to use phone...) when I ordered a set of Alternators from BBTS, I'm very reluctant to do so again, as that was practically half of the orders cost (Including shipping and import duty).

i suppose trading in the end cap would be good, especially if you offer to trade the rid box sets and the takara boxsets too

uk show will start from episode 1 as apposed to episode 3

Thats good to hear, lets hope they keep it in the correct (Galaxy force) order. At least we'll get sumthin.

whats toonami?

Toonami is a kids channel which will be airing Cybertron in the UK: Toonami

good to know we get the story properly and in the right order of how it should have been made (even if you do need sky to actually see it

This is quite funny, it could only happen with Hasbro UK.

The cartoon starts months before the toys are available.

No toys available means kids loose interest.

Kids loose interest means the cartoon is moved to a lousy time slot.

Lousy time slot means that when the toys come out, kids don't buy them.

Kids don't buy them means Hasbro UK cancel the line.

Hasbro UK are working hard  - at killing their toy lines stone dead.

Thing is, I just get the feeling they can't be arsed. Around here (Darkest Essex), Tescos and Sainsburys get the newer stuff in before Woolworths and Toys R Us... Hell, my local TRU is trying to shift Built to Rule Starscreams that were in a cheap shop around the corner last year, whilst the nearest Tescos has the first and second Combaticon limbs, second Wave Construction limbs and second wave Aerialbot limbs. Woolworths don't have anything, and nor does The Entertainer.

Just feels really strange to me.
