Were are people getting the idea this is a duocon?...... All they did was package the weapon/quill of the lizard seperate

wreak loose is not a duocon his body is like the A10 style energon combiner the other part is a energon wepon

No, they'd classify as a combiner.  Duocons have no complete robot form, unless combined with the other.  Grimlock and Swoop are complete Transformers in and of themselves, with no requirement to have the other to be able to transform.
