Yeah I did, but with my luck, E-hobby didn't send any of the sets to the US so they knew I wasn't a customer. I finally got back a reply from Takara toady, and here s what they had to say :

Dear Mr. ********,

I'm sorry to hear you had a problem with a Transformers product and a Transformers retailer.  However, as you may know, Takara has consigned the official rights for wholesale distribution of Transformers in the United States to Hasbro, therefore Takara does not conduct any other wholesale distribution of Transformers in that market and have no relationship with any retailers who sell there, including Action HQ.

Authorized Transformers retailers which obtain their product either from Takara or Hasbro or from secondary wholesalers authorized by one of us to sell into their markets, have fair return systems and policies in place in the unlikely event that there is a quality problem with a legitimate Transformers product.  However, that is not always the case with so-called "grey market" retailers, which go around official channels to bring items to and from one region or another before Takara or Hasbro release them.  Indeed, it is unclear from where such dealers obtain their product, or what kind of quality control systems they have in place.  In some cases, it is even unclear if the product they sell is legitimate Takara merchandise or knock-offs.  Therefore, neither Takara, nor Hasbro offers any warranty for products purchased through distribution channels which are outside of our control.

I hope I have clarified our policy and the situation for you.  As for your problem, I can only suggest that you discuss the situation again with Action HQ.  Since we do not conduct any business directly with Action HQ, I do not know their policies, but if they are a reputable dealer, they will come up with some mutually agreeable arrangement.

If you have any further questions or comments, don't hesitate to contact me again directly.

This, helps, looks like I'm going to have to get another one or plead with Action-HQ to just exchange it.

Its hard taking on the corpret system of the world just for a simple replacement

hi,think about it:your Skywarp had 2 Right Arms,so some else MUST have 2 left arms in some palce of the world or maybe it havent sold out!

i advice you should find it with great patient, good luck!haha!(just kidding)

forgot it!buy another one,its only 20usd(i got that price).

I suggest to never buy from Action HQ as my fiance bought me 2 robot masters figures and paid by CC.The figures never came. Then when my fiance contacted them they said there was nothing they could do till they were returned to them. Thats was over 2 years ago and the toys never came back to them or got resent out.

ACTION HQ= Ripoff artists and lousy place to buy from.
