I still haven't gotten mine, but I already feel a "DANMIT" rising within my soul.

I'm still not buying the Alt version though -- those GeeWun decals are super ghey

Whoever said that he has little diecast metal is smoking crack. He has the same amount as any other bt.

Metal chest/hood, metal on his legs and metal doors. Same as any other BT.

That is true...

What if some one is playing with all the shoddy BT figs and putting them back in the boxes very careful like?

have you ever considered  saying something that dosn't sound immature?

Just a me-too; got Prowl today.  The head an arms are a slightly non-matching white (not too bad since they're separate from the car parts).  And yeah, I can tell both the mirrors and the head-horns are going to be problematic.

I did accidentally pop one wheel/arm joint off once, but that was probably my own stupidity rather than QC.

However, overall I'm pretty happy with the mold.  The transformation is satisfyingly complex without being horrific.  That hood-hinge problem is barely noticeable on display since my BTs are well-below eye level.  I'm not feeling it's as disproportionate as originally thought.  Yeah, so there's not much knee articulation...it's liveable.  For those of you that believe he could have had thicker arms, nope; due to way he transforms, the arms are as thick as they can get, unfortunately.

One thing I DID notice is the ankle joints are not very tight.  He stands up okay, but he's not rock-solid, and there's only the one ball joint there, nothing else for support.  I can see looseness being a problem in the future.  Yet another point in favor of Alts, since they'd be lighter on their feet.

It seems like QC is a problem for Takara regularly in their first shipments -

I keep thinking of MP02's legs being painted together as the Prime example.....

But it seems liek if you are going to buy a BT or GF - DONT GET IT THE FIRST DAY THEY COME OUT ---- DUMMY J000!!!

I mean -Yeah- we are all excited and -Yeah- they SHOULDNT break if you look at them wrong - but i think there is enough precedent so that we should at least not act surprised everytime....

I will definitely be getting the Alt on this one - and maybe waiting till second or third wave before i even consider buying the BLUE-BT....
