Come to think of it, a classmate in elementary school gave me Warpath.

 

I still have him and rather like him being one of the first Transformer tanks.

 

Aside from that, not many. Unless one counts perhaps one or two bots I got for free from eBay sellers.  :thumb

I just thought of something, I've received dozens of free transformers. From my mom, my grandma ect. I never paid them for nothing. Suckers!

i get free tfomers all the time if anyone of my family or firends finds them or sees them at like a flea market or something they get them and bring them to me i got the red white and blue primal prime that way

I got a free Twin Twist and Cosmos from a friend, WST Bumblebee from one of the members of another TF board I post at.....and RID Cryotek from another member of the same board!

I've gotten Unicron as a gift, and that's pretty much the only free tf I've gotten :grr

Actually, my collection started with a free TF... I was working for a demolition and trash hauling company, and we were cleaning out a carpet store that was going out of business.  I found an old G1 Shrapnel in the back room... I asked the store owner if it belonged to him or perhaps one of his kids or grandkids, and he said that he had found it in the store about 15 years ago, some customer's kid must have left it there.  (I'm guessing he was off by a few years, because the thing was almost mint condition.)  I asked him if I could buy it from him, because I used to have one as a kid, and he said I could just have it.  :clap  Then, about a year later, I found TRU Reissue Magnus in the store, and it all snowballed from there. :lol
