Alternators New VW Beetle

Recommended Posts

hi, very rarely post on here but just wanted to ask a quick question, a few months ago now just before the first binaltech came out i came across a pic of a bright yellow VW beetle alternator labeled as Bumblebee, has anyone ever come across this and if so whatever happened to it ?

the first binaltech came out a few months ago?....the only thing i ever saw was that mini cooper that was rumored

someone here did make one though, it should be somewhere on the customs forum, try the second - fith pages, it should be there somewhere

well thier was a going to be a BT bumble bee based on the new VW but they failed to get the ok from VAG (volkswagen audi group) so it got scraped

VAG may well want to get some good PR and another income stream following the india corruption scandal ;) here hoping we get to see it as one of the 6 new molds for 2006

Like my Sig?

I was really disappointed when they turned down Has/tak.  Bumblebee has never had a decent follow up to his gen1 memory.  Who did we get, a tired looking yellow car named "Hotshot."  I think the next or closest mold appropriate to bumblebee would be the neon srt.  They could even follow up with a red srt and use that for cliffjumper.  What do you guys think??
