is the colour going to be brown?

at first i was thniking, yes it will be, but I'm kind of basing this guy off a HUGE GI joee base thing i have in my garage, and it was a tan camo color. So I'm hinking des. camo (tans, light browns), maybe some black and stuff here and there as well. I'll play around a bit in the next few days and show ya guys some ideas i come up with, feel like adding your own 2 cents? please do!

ah I didnt know that you were going for a gi joe look. I guess that would work well. I myself like the jungle green camoflauge more than the dessert colours.

It remind me a lttle of those Transpoter from Power Rangers.

I think that the best way to make a new FT max, the best one.  Would probably be to have his parts made as smaller buildings and such that came in seperate sets along with smaller TF's.

Like, smaller new TF repaints with say a garage that whipps out missile launchers and what not.  Decepticon jail, stuff like that.

The mid section and head (head of course would have to transform from COG like vehicle robot to head, the main bod can become some TF vehicle, nubs of arms and legs having wheels, and the midsection having driver seat or platform.  A couple BIG GUNS would work just fine, making the hip cannons Max had.

Then when we all buy all 6 or more sets, they combine with a combination of gestault tek, fold out fists, hexigon merge pegs and what not (kinda like how the new prime's legs click together.)

Top it off with the head master, and add on armorments and you got a kick arse robot!

I'd draw ya a picture, but I gota go to WORK...

reality bites.

that was a lot of my inspioration (Tor, the Pryamid thing) but also this will be my first attempt, so with a large, simple designshould be easy to work with as a whole.

Convoy mentioned the forest camo and that might work as well, not realing going for the gi-joe look, just the idea for the vehichle mode was based off of one. Metallic is a no go for me, i like darker colors, and a huge metalic would be too much, though chrome parts will be on there here and there.
