Cybertron Brushguard

Recommended Posts

One of many scientists working for MEGATRON, BRUSHGUARD has dedicated his life to xenobotany - the study of alien plant life. A firm believer in DECEPTICON supremacy, he hopes to find unique toxins in Earth plants for use against the AUTOBOTS and their human allies. Though he dislikes violence, he has been retrofitted to fire short-range bursts of superheated acid from his chest.

His bio reads like he's a Decepticon Nazi Scientist

How so?

Decepticon Supremacy

Strange Biological Weapons

Short in stature and probably has funny accent

That actually sounds more like a Japanese Scientist from WWII - Nazis weren't as into biological weapons as the Japs were - http://www.cbc.ca/news/viewpoint/vp_yu/20050608.html

The Japanese didn't beleave in vehicles with off-road capibility

Besides hen wants to hurt Autobots AND Humans...

Getting back to the topic, I think it's cool how there's a spot light directed to Decepticon scientists - I hope Brushguard is one of many Decepticon scientist to come.

Making him a scientist is actually a good excuse why he wouldn't show up in the show (he's Cybertron exclusive right?). He's too busy making chemical weapons to bother with blasting Autobots.

So does this mean Brushguard (who, ironically, appears not to have a brushguard) will get upgraded to a Leobreaker-esque body and become an arm for Megatron? I sure hope so.  :clap
