You could probably say the same thing about TFs. Therefore, they are a match made in heaven. :tflaugh

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

true but every time transformers has come back they have revamapt it to fit the times star wars has never changed so to me its now a little dated and the concepts are pritty main stream now whare as TF's are unique in that they can think and feel with out being the classic idea of AI and the concept of TF's and their style of toy have not been turned into the main stream out side of japan(yet?)

If it were Star Wars vehicles turning into robots....cool.  If its characters transforming....DUMB!

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

:pfx

I wouldn't mind seeing established TF characters turning into SW vehicles, but no Darth Vader or Luke transformers.

Darth-Vector?

:wtf

but see i dont want a Megatron-Tie fighter

or optimus prime as the falcon

am i lame to just want non story - non character - Transforming Starwars toys?

if we start pretending that this or that character has to have an equivilent - then we get into the politics that have kinda hurt the alternators - more deceps? well you loose sunstreaker.

whereas just really cool figures comgining the best from two worlds that we are already comfortable with - just as a "hey this is cool"

well my shelf will love it - no story needed

and kids will cross over their fave toys regardless.....

Hell my Strawberryshortcake took out galvetron a few times....

Vector Prime Sith Interceptor repaint/remold.  Mark my words.  It's no accident he looks the way he does.  They had it planned that way all along, I guarantee it.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

:guh oh hell no, that would be even worse!

I hope they have the Death Star Transform into a giant robotic maid with a vaccum...

Mel Brooks would approve

I do not see it being as bad as Animorphs, that was run by a team of idiots. that being said:

1) most likely Transforming figures into ships or maybe it's something as simpley as those god awful flip-body type toys.

2) if it is transforming ships (did we ever see any of those semi-Transformer E1 ships?) i hope to see a star destroyer or even better yet a Super Star Destroyer. put $500 on it, i'm sure i'll find the money.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooeS!

Why does every one just assume that it will be these horrendous mutant turtle - animorph style toys?!!??

didnt marvel also try this with like the punisher turning into a pistol or something?

SHIPS - TO - ROBOTS - Yay!

to clearify, it's not that i think this is a bad idea, i just don't want hasbro's comic-con surprise to be wasted on something that is aimed more at SW collectors than TF collectors.

Since both are with Hasbro it might have been expected.
